If You Go Within, You Will Never Go Without.

Operationalizing Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, Organizations, and Seekers.

I am Dr. Eman’on F. Wanderer. I don't teach theory; I teach from the crucible of reality.

From the gridiron of Division I football to the prison yards of Solano State, and from the streets of homelessness to the halls of a Ph.D. program, my life has been one long lesson in resilience.

I realized that most of us are trapped in an "Ego-System"—a cycle of burnout, fear, and performance. My mission is to help you build an "Eco-System" of purpose, power, and peace.

I am not just a coach. I am an Ontological Engineer. I help you rebuild who you are, so you can handle whatever life throws at you.

My Life's Work

Founder of The University of Becoming You (UBU)

UBU is the world’s first institution dedicated to the science of Self-Mastery. We are moving beyond the traditional "sage on the stage" education model to a "guide on the side" experience.

If you need a 6-week "Sprint Semester" to reset your identity, or a deep-dive retreat in Maui, UBU is where your real life begins.

Institutional Disclaimer:

The University of Becoming You (UBU) operates as a transformational collective and movement designed to inspire individuals to achieve self-mastery. UBU is not an accredited academic institution. Our degree-style tracks (B.A., M.A., Ph.D.) serve as symbolic frameworks for personal, emotional, and spiritual development. They do not carry traditional academic credit, are not accredited by any agency recognized by the United States Secretary of Education, and are not intended for employment credentialing or transfer to traditional universities.
